Hello everyone! My name is Alexandria Craton, founder of Oak Moss & Ivy Co!
I am happily married and a mother to three precious, adventurous babies. Between raising kiddos and cleaning up toys, I run my home based shop in Bluffton, SC.
I created this shop for the love and obsession with sewing crafts, herbs, and reusable handmade goods, and of course dolls.

Store Policies
• Our current turnaround time is set at 3-15 business days (not including weekends or holidays!) Please understand that I am a one woman show and make everything by hand!
I try to ship items as close to TAT as possible, but if I am are ever running behind I will let you know! Once your items are shipped, OM&I is no longer responsible for them. This includes stolen/lost items. You will need to contact USPS. There are no refunds once your order is placed unless of course an item is damaged or not what you ordered, in which case you must contact us within 48 hours after receiving that item! Exchanges and/or returns are accepted if our shop made a mistake! In no other instances will an exchange or returns be offered!
• As always, if you have any questions don't hesitate to email me or ask right on the group! Most of the time, if I don't answer right away one of my ambassadors or reps will!
